Live in Caretaker

West London - Feltham

£18,000 - £20,000 Plus 1 Bed Flat

Monday-Friday

Experienced resident caretaker required for block of 143 high end flats in the Feltham area.

General Duties - including but not limited to

You are to ensure the communal areas are clean and maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the building including vacuuming, dusting, removing rubbish and junk mail.
Removal of rubbish from outside apartment doors and place into bins
Mopping and sweeping of outside front steps whilst ensuring the front area is always kept tidy.
Cleaning and polishing of front door brass
Ensure all bulbs are working and replace where needed.
Be available each week to take deliveries/let in contractors and to be main point of contact.
Be vigilant and ensure security of the building including the checking of locks and windows.
To maintain written records of any incidents on site including any health & safety issues and accidents.
To proactively inspect the building daily for maintenance issues dripping pipes and take appropriate action
To keep gardens tidy at all time.
Check operation of lifts and boilers on a daily basis and liaise with maintenance contactors
Report any misuse of car parkThe candidate will:

Ideally have previous experience in a live-in position
Have proven skills as a caretaker
Be heavily service oriented
Have basic maintenance knowledge with a hands-on approach and good diy skills.
Have high levels of customer service
Have an interest in gardening as there would be an element of grounds maintenance
