What’s the role?
We are currently looking for people like you to join our team of Live-In Carers to help provide our innovative and empowering Homecare provision. We have clients based in numerous locations therefore you must be willing to travel throughout Devon. Each package is unique dependent on the clients and their individual needs. The duties, pay and location will therefore be unique to each package and the working pattern is unmeasured. We would alternate two carers in each package with each carer being on duty for 2 weeks at a time. We are not able to place one carer with one client on an ongoing basis so you would need alternative living arrangements for the weeks when you are not working. We can however, offer you Community Care or Support Worker shifts on your weeks off.

All new employees attend a five day comprehensive induction programme, this is followed with practical training & a 12 week supervision period resulting in a portfolio meeting the requirements of the Care Certificate 2015.
