Job Description

Wilson's Care is a family run home care provider, currently recruiting for a number of live-in carers for our clients based in Essex.

The schedule will be one week on, one week off, however there is flexibility with this. Your role will involve supporting our clients with personal care, meal preparation, supporting them with medication administration as well as providing companionship. Role Requirements:

• Supporting with personal care

• Meal preparation

• Medication administration

• Be honest, patient and have a genuine desire to improve the lives of vulnerable adults

• Observing, and reporting on, the health and wellbeing of the client (including completing MAR charts)

• Providing companionship

• Complying with all CQC regulations

• Working in accordance with Wilson’s Care policies and values

About you:

• Live-in care experience (preferred but not essential)

• Be reliable, caring and have excellent attention to detail

• Clear and thorough record keeping skills

• Hold a clean UK licence (preferred)

• An enhanced DBS check will be required

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, interviews will be conducted via telephone and video link.
