Self-Employed Live-in Carers Wanted — Surrey, Sussex & Kent

Homestay Carers is building a team of experienced, compassionate live-in carers across Surrey, Sussex and Kent for roles commencing in October 2026. We match self-employed carers with families who want more than a rota of strangers.

Duties will include personal care, food preparation, light household duties, shopping, recording of financial transactions, companionship and support.

Homestay Live-In Carer benefits include:

• Very competitive package (between £924-1204 per week, plus double pay for bank holidays), self-employed.
• Flexible assignments, allowing breaks to get back to your own life.
• Free accommodation, food and travel allowance (up to £100 to/ from clients).

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 6 months' paid care experience (live-in, domiciliary, or residential)
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Comfortable with 2-week or 4-week rotation patterns
