Job Description

Our client base is steadily growing and we are finding that we just don't have enough female carers for the opportunities that we have!

At ORIGIN we look to recruit genuinely caring and compassionate people, who want to make a difference in our clients’ lives.
A positive personality is essential as well as the ability to commit to working with a spinally injured client for periods of up to two weeks at a time.

You will have a really understanding nature and enjoy the company of other people!

We are now recruiting for our ONLINE  training course

Interviews will be held via VIDEO/INTERNET

You need to have FLUENT ENGLISH & BE CONFIDENT TO DRIVE OUR CLIENTS IN THEIR VEHICLE. Also to be willing to work with us for a least 4 months.

In return, we offer the opportunity to work in a varied environment rather than a mundane desk job and maybe to be inspired by our clients!

We are a small, professional Live-in care agency and we want the very best for our Clients and our Personal Assistants. It comes from the fact our own MD has a spinal injury.

Your starting pay will be £805, per 7 days worked, regardless of your experience level. We refund travel expenses and there is further training and development if you should wish to stay in the care sector.

We also offer a new Performance Reward Scheme, meaning further pay increases for dedicated PA's. Then there is our new bonus scheme which pays £500 after 100 days worked!

To be considered for an interview please our website and complete our online application form.

Don't forget to tell us a little about yourself as your personality makes a real difference to our clients!

WE ARE INTERVIEWING VIA ONLINE, SO APPLY NOW!
