Job Description

We are looking for a patient and kind carer to care for a lovely lady in Kent, who has been diagnosed with depression and has a hearing impairment & macular degeneration.

She needs companionship, doesn’t like to be left on her own & needs to be kept busy.  She is very anxious about everything, and her general mood can be low.  

She will need help with –

• Cooking
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Laundry/ironing
• Collecting prescriptions

She can manage her own personal care and walks unaided – she likes to take a walk each day.
 

She is very sociable and has a good group of supportive friends. This lady likes to chat with the carer & likes to be kept busy, she is a very organised person and was living independently until August 2024.

This is a non-driving booking, there are no pets, and the client lives on the outskirts of a small town with shops & supermarkets. There is wifi at the house.
 

Breaks can be taken when friends and family visit, which is most days.

Carers applying should have the correct right to work status, a current DBS on the online update service and up-to-date training.
