Pay Rate: £650/week
Food Allowance: £40/week

Project Brief:
The service user is a 93-year-old male client requiring medium-level care. He has a history of bladder cancer and hernia. Your responsibilities would include:
Preparing healthy meals and fluids throughout the day.
Assisting with mobility using a walking frame and occasionally a wheelchair for appointments via taxi.
Providing support with moving and handling.
Offering companionship, keeping the service user company during the day.
Assisting with continence support (he wears day and night pads).
Monitoring medication compliance (he self-administers).
Running errands, such as grocery shopping (usually done online).
Assisting with personal care only if requested.
There are no family members living with him, and the role involves ensuring his well-being and supporting his independence
