Job Description

CCS is one of the UK leading healthcare staffing provider with over 20 years’ experience supplying professionals including domiciliary carers, occupational and physical therapists, qualified nurses and doctors of all grades and specialties. We currently provide a nationwide service, staffing, and domiciliary care 24 hours, 7 days a week and a 24HR on-call emergency helpline.

Concept Care Solutions is hiring Live In Carers to work in and around the Hertfordshire Area. We are looking for candidates that can easily access the following areas:

* Hemel Hempstead

* Watford

* Borehamwood

* St Albans

* Potters Bar

The Role:

* Support the service user to live a dignified and independent life within their own homes

* Provide personal, emotional, social and physical support on a guaranteed shift Rota

* You would need to be available to work on a 1 week on 1 week off shift pattern, living in the clients home for this time.

* This may including waking and sleeping nights

* Assist the service user in their day to day living within their own home, promoting independence and diversity in their lives in accordance with the service user care plan

* Personal care, including getting up /going to bed, washing, bathing, dressing/undressing and toileting.

* Assist service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence and help in the use and care of personal equipment

* Light cleaning tasks such as changing beds, tidying rooms, laundry (washing & repairing), empty commodes.

* Planning, preparing and serving meals, feed service users who need assistance, wash up tidy away and clean kitchen/dining room

* To provide palliative care

* Medication once training has been completed and as documented in the service user care plan.
