Job Description

Looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in live-in care. This is to head up a new division within the company.

The company are a large, long standing outfit who have homes across the country.   

Key Responsibilities of a Live-In Care Manager:

To grow and build a team    

To work with local authorities and privately funded clients

To market the new service

Identify areas to grow the business  

Work autonomously

Live-In Care Manager Requirements:

Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5  

Previous experience in live-in care is a must  

Proven track record of growing a business

It would be beneficial to have worked with CQC previously


Huge company with lots of support  

 A new service to put your own stamp on   

 Flexible with working from home
