Live-In Care Worker - Immediate Start available

2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Barnet, London

Salary: £600 per week
Location: Barnet, North London

Our client is seeking a kind, patient, and committed Live-In Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to a young and vibrant lady with learning disabilities. Your role will be vital in helping her live with dignity, independence, and confidence in the comfort of her own home.

This 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off live-in rota offers stability, generous time off, and the chance to build a meaningful, long-term connection.

The Role – Making Everyday Life Easier

* Supporting daily living and personal care needs

* Using ceiling or full-body hoists safely

* Assisting with moving and handling

* Supporting PEG feeding (training provided if needed)

* Working alongside another care worker during double-up shifts

About You

* Previous care experience is essential

* Confident using hoists and manual handling equipment

* Calm, compassionate, and emotionally mature

* A good listener with a positive attitude

* Willing to learn and adapt to individual needs

* Client preference for someone young yet mature, dependable, and respectful
