Invictus Complex Care provides personalised home care services tailored to clients with complex care needs across England. We provide support throughout England, so applicants must be happy to travel for placements.

Our Nurse Managers are on hand to provide any clinical training required in order to meet the clients' needs; however, previous experience providing complex care would be advantageous. 

As a live-in care assistant, you will reside with your client and support them with all aspects of daily living, dependent upon their needs. We would request a minimum of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, in order to provide continuity for our clients. 

Our care planning is completed online, and we will require you to document your notes and complete MAR charts online, therefore confidence around the use of technology is essential.
