Job Description

Kare Plus Kingston is a successful Health Care provider supporting elderly and other vulnerable people in Care homes/Nursing Homes/Residential Homes and other facilities.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Live-in Care Assistant to work in and around the Kingston upon Thames area.

To be a member of the Kare Plus team as a Live-in Care Assistant you must have the following requirements:
* Right to Live & Work in the UK
* A minimum 3 months (UK) experience in the last 2 years.
* Referee contact details for your current place of work, manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.
* Work well in stressful situations and to be able to respond effectively to challenging situations.
* Respects people's equality, diversity and rights.
* As a trusted Carer , you will be the face of Kare Plus, so you will need to be presentable and completely trustworthy
