Private Live-in Carer Opportunity for a couple with separate fully equipped live-in accommodation provided on site

We are a family seeking a caring, reliable couple to provide dedicated, full-time personal care and domestic support to an adult family member with accessibility needs. This is a private domestic arrangement located in Churchill, Worcestershire, DY10. At least one individual must be a qualified care assistant, nursing assistant, or registered nurse.

Role Responsibilities:

• Personal care support, including bathing and general hygiene.
• Assistance with daily household tasks: grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
• Occasional transportation support to various venues.
• Minimal outdoor maintenance.
• Being on-call to provide support as required (the individual does not require constant assistance, but carers must be available to respond when requested via intercom or phone). The family will actively support and facilitate suitable arrangements to ensure carers have regular, agreed time off.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least one partner must be a qualified care assistant, nursing assistant, or registered nurse with at least 12 months of experience.
• Full access to a vehicle is provided – one must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Ideally, with manual handling and hoist training (training can be provided).
• Full Enhanced DBS checks and references will be required.
• Must be currently residing in the UK.

Accommodation and Benefits:

• Separate spacious annexe studio apartment on-site with private entrance, balcony bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and en-suite shower room.
• Additional storage room, with its own private laundry facilities.
• Own private patio/garden area.
• All utilities included (excluding council tax).
• Additional monthly payment of £2,500.
• No pets, please.
