Job Description

Full-time, Female Live in Care Assistant job, Thames Ditton, Elmbridge, Surrey – applications from both drivers & non-drivers are welcome.

Key details & Criteria

• It is essential that you are a non-smoker due to the client’s medical condition.
• Be able to use variety of medical equipment & be willing to be peg fed trained.
• £750 per week, plus pension & holiday pay.
• Working pattern – 4 or 5 weeks on with a 1-2-week break.
• You’ll be paid for all the work you do – this can be missed in other Live-in Care jobs.
• Comfortable room & board & £40 food allowance.
• £250 Refer a friend scheme & monthly award.
• Qualifications & career progression if you want it.

Job Role

As our Live-in Care Assistant, you will be working specifically with a female client who is living with Motor Neurone Disease. You will be supported by another Care Assistant through the week 9am – 5pm as you help this lady with her daily routine. In the evenings and at weekends you will be supported by the client’s husband. The role will involve supporting the client with her breathing equipment, helping keep the home clean and tidy, laundry, and changing of beds. You will occupy the upstairs of the house as the client is downstairs with her husband.
