We are urgently seeking live-in support staff to work 1:1 with a client, helping them to live in the comfort and safety of their own home in Worthing. This role would be for one week on one week off on a rolling rota.

Our client is a lovely lady with mobility issues and personal care needs, due to their spinal cord injury. They are looking for a carer they can call a friend. They love being part of the community and have their own accessible vehicle, too. The carer would have their own room to retire to when they are not needed and will be needed only incidentally overnight.

The ideal candidate:

• Someone active and willing to get stuck in
• Someone who can hold a meaningful conversation
• Someone funny
• Someone who holds similar passions or interests
• Someone seeking to build a meaningful professional relationship
• Someone calm and collected who deals well with new environments
• Must be a driver
• 6 months of professional experience in a UK healthcare environment
