Job Description

Part-Time Support Worker / Carer Required – Complex Care

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and professional support worker/carer to join a private care team supporting a young adult with complex health needs living independently in her own home in the CM6 area.

Hours Available:

• Part-time role
• Approximately 12–24 hours per week
• Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends

This is a long-term opportunity within a supportive and established care team.

About the Role:

• Supporting with daily living tasks and personal care
• Mobility support and assistance in accessing the community
• Supporting emotional well-being and independence
• Working within a complex care environment
• Assisting alongside other carers as part of a wider care package

Essential Requirements:

• Previous care/support experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Must be confident driving a WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle)
• Calm, reliable, and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Non-smoker preferred
• DBS required (or willing to obtain one) -We will arrange this

Competitive rates of pay depending on experience.
