Live-In Carer Required – Complex Care Support (One Weekend Per Month + 48-Hour Sleep-In Shifts)

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and committed support worker/carer to join a small private care team supporting a young adult with complex health needs living independently in her own home in the CM6 area.

Shift Pattern Includes:
- One weekend per month  
  Example: Saturday 8am – Monday 8am
- Additional 48-hour weekly sleep-in shifts available  
  Example: Monday 8am – Wednesday 8am or Wednesday 8am- Friday 8am

This is a long-term position within an established team. The role involves providing support with daily living, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, emotional support, and ensuring safety throughout the shift.

About the Role:
- Sleep-in/live-in style shifts
- Working within a 2:1 care package at times
- Supporting a young adult with neurological and complex physical health needs
- Calm, trauma-informed approach essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and reliability are extremely important

Essential Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Must be confident driving a WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle)
- Non-smoker preferred
- Must be reliable, flexible, and professional
- DBS required (or willing to obtain one)- We will arrange this.

Competitive rates of pay depending on experience.
