Male Live-In Carers Wanted – Bournemouth BH9 (Muscliff Area) Role: 2 x Male Live-In Carers (Negotiable Rota)

Start Date: 28th July or 11th August 

Rates: Competitive – Employed / Self-Employed Basis with CQC Agency Support / Direct to Service User Son - Kevin

We are seeking two experienced, compassionate male live-in carers with dementia experience to support my 88-year-old father with progressive dementia in his own Bournemouth home. Basic level of care & support needed as dad remains relatively mobile & still recognises his family & friends.

This is part of a person-centred care package supported by the family and the BCP local authority Council. Continuity, emotional understanding, and respect for autonomy are essential.

✅ Experience with autism is advantageous, and particularly dementia preferred

✅ Must be reliable, emotionally grounded, and respectful of routine
