I have had hands on experience using hoists, slings, ceiling tracks and stand aids as well as all aspects of personal care. I am trained in the use of slide sheets, catheter bag and stoma bag changing although I have had no hands on experience with this. I am trained in food hygine and the storage and administration of medication. I am fully able to run a household, take care of shopping, housework, paying bills, making appointments and looking after pets.
