Although a bit "long in the tooth" myself (72) have enjoyed doing live-in care for past 10yrs since retirement from role as Care Manager in a residential home for those with dementia. Currently, I am working in the Efficiency for Care Ltd as a full time staff and in the Garland Lodge Ltd as a part-time staff. I continue to be employed full-time with Efficiency-For Care Limited.
