I have always been interested in all aspects of care and I have derived satisfaction in seeing the positive effects caring/support has on people’s lives To support and engage service users in ordinary living experiences ranging from household tasks such as cleaning and shopping, through education and social activities and respecting service users choice of informed decisions relevant to their needs, I do empower residents to live independently in the community i.e. giving them the opportunity to do things by themselves.
