I am aware that this job may involve coming into contact with many different people I am able to be adaptable changing my communication style depending on whom I will be talking to. Residents with dementia can be aggressive and sometimes violent and I feel very much confident that I can have the combination of resilience, mental toughness and compassion to work effectively in a situation I will be bullied or insulted occasionally. I know that care is ever-changing with much more emphasis put on decision making led by service users. I am happy to have that opportunity to make a difference in someone's life by being part of a team not only that provides person-centred care but that also champion the people who require our support. Hi there! :-) I am a caring, committed woman, 40 years old, with a friendly, helpful and motivated personality, and I would love to become a live in carer, as I love to help people and do so a lot, but sometimes people don't like being helped if they don't ask for it, which made me feel that perhaps a career in the caring profession is where I could fulfill my desire to help. Hi my name is Aanisah I've recently left my cleaning job in Zara , i also left my studies with qualification with childcare level 1. I'm very honest and caring person with big heart who is really good around old people , i love looking after them and making sure their having their medicines on time and making sure their having a laugh and always smile , their just another family member to me , i always look after my gran and ive taken care of other people in far distance families who were really ill and also some who passed away with cancer and stroke ive looked after them and always made sure they were smiling eating on time and having their medicines they all loved me and recommended me to others.
