Dear Sir or Madam: I've experience as Live-in Carer and I currently working at East Surrey Hospital as a Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant, mainly in Elderly Care Ward and A&E Ward. I use Full-Hoist, Standing-Hoist, Rotunda and Rollator Frames on daily basis to help patients with their mobility. I'm happy with my job at the NHS, however I'd like to work as a carer on weekends. I've experience as a Live-in Carer of a post-stroke gentleman who required: Full assistance with medication, feeding, washing and dressing and personal care, faecal incontinence episodes and a long term catheter in place. A crash mat was put in his bed space as he was hight risk of falls. I had to liaise with all the services and specialists he would need: District Nurse, GP, Pharmacist, Ambulance, etc. I cooked, cleaned and do the shopping on my client's wife requested. Yours faithfully Sebastián Fernández ...

Hello, I am jackie,I have worked in the local NHS hospital for 16 years.I started working on the urology ward, and stayed there for 10 years. When this ward closed down, I was moved to an emergency acute ward,in which I worked for 6 years. I have enjoyed every minute of this, and learnt so much over the years, from monitoring blood pressures to catheter care to bed bathing and assisted care.I am also trained in full stoma care. I am not working at the moment,so an immediate start would not be a problem. I have done end of life care, and also acute patients pre and post op. ...
