. I am an English teacher although working at school was only part of my professional life. As an open-minded person I have multifarious interests and different passions. Yet, it is rather my personal qualities that make me a suitable person for the position of a carer. Very compassionate, warm and emphatic I can give good support to those in need. I am not afraid of sympathetic gesture, giving a hug or a gentle stroke. Looking for my ill with Alzheimer’s father, was a good practice of patience and any relevant skills. . As a carer I can offer not only practical assistance or support but also companionship of a well educated person, interested in current politics, art, architecture…etc. . Responsible, with communicative skills and initiative, willing to learn and flexible.
