Hi my name is Jo(Josephine) I have experience of working with the elderly also people with disabilities. I was a foster carer for a number of years. Due to the complex needs of two children I fostered I reluctantly gave up my employment in care due to the shift patterns. I am currently employed at the local college I have worked there for eight years.
