I am 21 years old, I have worked in care for one year. My experience is working with elderly individuals and individuals with mental health problems. Previous to this I worked in pubs and attended college where I obtained 3 A levels and a Level 3 Certificate and I have continued my development with training through my employers. Helping people has always been something that I have wanted to do. I was a young carer for a close family member from the age of 10-17 so I know the importance of an individual being able to maintain their independence in their own home as much as possible.
