Personal Statement My many years of experience working within health and social care setting, have helped to prepare me to work confidently and effectively with different vulnerable groups etc in hostels, residential and community settings. I have the experience and a desire to support and empower vulnerable individuals, communities and groups such as homeless people, people with mental health problems, challenging behaviour, drugs/alcohol misuse, learning difficulties and other hard to reach communities. Which not only stems from my many years of experience and education; but also from my passion to support service users to achieve their potentials.
