My name is Similo Ndlovu. I live in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire County. I have been working in the care industry as a Support worker with people with learning disabilities since 2005, at Stratford Mencap. We do sleep in shifts an environment more or less like live in though ours is short. But the duties are the same as live in.
