My name is Ashleigh, I am 24 years old and I have been working in care for 8 years now. I started off doing an apprenticeship as soon as I left school and when I became qualified I was kept on at that work place for another 3-4 years. I then went to work in a special needs school for approx a year and a half which gave me the experience in caring/working with children which was great.
