I enjoy working with people to promote their health. My passion for health began in 1988-1990, when I was reading the Russian magazine "Health" (Zdorovie) and other health literature. Guided by the principle of the father of medicine, Hippocrates, "Food be your medicine and medicine be your food", I followed a comprehensive series of studies in food science, sanogenesis, nutrition, complementary therapies and massage.
