(I am currently unavailable until the new year - thanks!) I am a 42 year old dual citizen of Britain and South Africa, but moved to London when I was 21. I recently qualified as an Occupational Therapist from London South Bank University and am currently completing my Masters in Nutritional Medicine, part-time, through Surrey University. I've always enjoyed live-in work because of the opportunity to really make a difference in someone's life, due to the one-to-one nature of the job. I think of myself as a down-to-earth, friendly person, who fits into most situations quite easily. I have loads of patience and am generally quite positive. I'm very professional, but also feel that a sense of humor is just as important. I worked as a live-in carer prior to starting my undergraduate degree, as well as during my university holidays - I have about 3 years of live-in care experience. Most recently, I spent 16 months living with a 79 year old woman with stage IV lung cancer until she passed away in March. ...
