Hello my name is Jordan Gilmour. I have been a coach for six years and study and Stirling university doing a sports and business studies degree. I'm a very focus person, listening an understanding the requirments for each individual. Each vulnerable people have different needs, in caring an letting them choose how independent they would like to be, an to know not to make any changes to there present life, an to become a companion. I would like a change from my present career as a customer adviser in housing resolving issues. I am a 40 year old Hungarian woman, have been living in the UK since 2007. I have started my care career last year December. Currently I work at the National Autistic Society as an autism support worker. I completed my trainings, even the Studio 3 that is a 3 days course on managing challenging behaviour with a low arousal approach.
