Dear Sir/Madam I have worked as a carer for around 20 plus years I am recently retired and looking to get back to work ,my most recent position was on a large estate in Scotland where I looked after an elderly lady with dementia my role as carer entailed all personal care including medication looking after household ,shopping and outings either social ,or to appointments and to day centres. At times I would be the only care provider 24/7 when the housekeeping staff were on holiday or off sick. I am a very patient person caring and contentious and love animals , I have two smal dogs of my own that stayed with me at my last employment as my client loved them and got a great deal of pleasure in their company .
