I have experience of working in an elderly care home and enjoy the role of assisting people.I work in a person centred way and as part of a team that aims to help clients achieve their goals in a risk assessed and safe way. I have experience working in people centred way. I am a highly motivated individual with experience in LD Service and Clients’ Service Roles. I contribute to the well-being of customers in supported housing . My role involves personal care and sourcing community based opportunities. I also support Staff to achieve the objectives of the organisation by providing a conducive environment, building the sense of community, supporting customers in their everyday life.
