I am a real positive and easy going late forties gentleman working as a Care Support Staff in a reputable company in the Northamptonshire area. I have all the needed qualifications for the advertised position including Diploma in Mental Health, safeguarding, medication administration, duty of care, deprivation etc. Though I started working in this role few months ago, my hunger ,drive and yearning for excellence in the Social Care environment has been unparalleled.
