I have been working in Adult Social Care (with the NHS and local authority) for 26 years, supporting elderly individuals and adults with a learning disability in a variety of settings. I have obtained an NVQ2 and CQF3. It continues to be a most rewarding career. I will be free from october, as i have decided I would very much like to work as a live in carer. I am currently employed by Brighton and Hove City Council, for whom I have been working as a Home Care Support Worker (and relief manager). ...
