I am very well organised, a good listener and calm. Looking after others and attending to their needs is something that I am very passionate about. I am trained and experienced in caring for a range conditions including : Dementia Alzheimer's Parkinson's Disease Strokes Multiple Sclerosis Mobility and Frailty As a carer I have been giving the highest level of care to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia helping them with managing their personal hygiene and their medication needs and generaly assisting them in their everyday life challenges. Empathy is a very important aspect of my care approach, and this is something I have developed having cared for my own mother for a four year period after she became diagnosed with dementia. Caring for both of my parents has been one of the main reasons why I decided to become a carer. My responsible and caring nature has also been a significant factor and I am very keen to support my customers in the same way that I supported my loved ones.
