I have been a carer for 9+ year starting my with a health and social care aprentiship with Oxfordshire county council. I have gained experiance in domicilliary care. I moved onto a role working in a children's home for children with complex medical needs and complex behavioral needs. From then I moved into a nursing home, this I feel has made me become even more person centred and given me all the skills needed to provide the highest quality of care to every patient i have contact with. I have a particular interest in and of life care. I like to treat every signal person as an individual and understand the importance of being adatiable to best meet THERE needs.
