I am 28yo from Sweden, been living in the UK for 8 years, been working in care for 2 years. Very hardworking and enjoy trying new things and being outdoors, very interested in people and want to learn from people from different walk of life. Friends describe me as positive and empathic and 'very much made to work in care'. I have mostly worked in hospitality/customer service, but been in care as a support worker, working with people with severe learning disabilities and I loved it! I love seeing the difference I make in their day to day life in their own homes, and when they are happy, I am happy! I want to do live-in care because its more person-centred, and more time to truly get to know your clients needs, preferences and interests and to truly bond. A preferred work patter would be 2 or 3 week and then off, but I am flexible. I currently live in Kent but I am relocating to Scotland (I have a car and travelling is not a problem).
