I am a lady with about 20 years' experience, working in various health care settings including residential and nursing care homes and hospitals. I have experience in giving service users baths, washing and dressing them, toileting and feeding them as well as assisting them take their medication. I am a good listener and communicator. I prioritize my work as l follow a personalized care plan. I understand the importance of close observation of patients and documenting any changes in their care or health. I also understand the importance of reporting to my supervisor or line manager and working in a multi agency environment for the benefit of the patient or client. I am open to learning new skills of care and would prefer a live in job where l am not paid less than £840 a week. I also prefer to work 3 weeks on and 1 off. ...
