Hello. My name is Gladys. I'm originally from South Africa, but i have lived, studied, and worked in the United Kingdom for the past thirteen years. Throughout my career i have gained a lot of experience and understand all people are different. I am self-motivated, with an optimistic outlook and i'm told my positivity is infectious. I am very bubbly, and i find joy and laughter in simple things. I am trustworthy, reliable, and have an eye for detail. With a passion for care i have great empathy and listening skills and look to meet each individuals needs with enthusiasm. I understand cultural differences, and i respect everyone's beliefs.
