Iam a very hardworking,trustworthy, organised individual and a good listener. Having worked in the care sector for more than fifteen years, in different capacities, i still have that passion to put a smile on someones face, treating people as individuals with the respect, dignity and emphathy while encouraging and motivating them to be as independent as possible and giving them some space when required . Hello, im 42, i have experience in care 14 years, i worked in nursing home, live in, domiciliary care, taken senior roles and completed up to QCF level 5 in health and social care. I enjoy doing care more then management and want to do live in care, because it gives me best balance and i can leave busy environment and have more holiday a year to fulfil my dreams to travel around the world. I undertake a multitude of tasks, including, cooking, baking, cleaning, household budgets, shopping, personal care, incontinence management, catheter and stoma care. I am also qualified to administer medication. I can work alone or within a team. I consider myself to be a compassionate, friendly, caring person, who is always willing to do that little bit extra, to make the client's life more enjoyable I relax by listening to music or reading, doing jigsaws and puzzles in general.
