I’m an experienced carer who has work in most fields in the social care sector. I achieved my HNC and SVQ level 3 in social back in 2013 and have done continued learning since then. I am hard working, able to adapt quickly to new settings and surrounding. Through being an agency carer for the last 3 years, I have proved that I am competent in my job to be able to support the person required to a high standard. Often as an agency carer, you might not get shadow shifts or opportunities to meet the service user before providing care. Being able to read through care plans, highlight important information and retain this during the visit is a quality I have. ...
