.Dear Sir/ Madam I am a mature male who has completed a very intense course as Home Caregiver. I have followed various career paths, but was never really happy in any. I have always been a very patient, caring and compassionate person and after losing my last full time position, I decided I would like to utilise these strengths of mine and become involved in an environment where I can make a valuable contribution to enhancing the quality of elderly and frail people. Enrolling and taking a good caregiver course, was my next step and it has proved to be the best decision of my life. I learned so much medically , but more importantly, the appreciation and love shown by the patients , is so very gratifying. Although I am currently residing in Birmingham, UK, I am able & happy to relocate anywhere anywhere in the UK as required, virtually immediately. I am a self employed British citizen, 59 years of age with over 7 years of experience in care giving to individuals in various stages of health and mobility which has included working with clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hearing and Visual Impairments, Parkinson’s, Cancer and Palliative Care. My services include; live-in home care, domiciliary care, companionship, monitoring & administering medication, cooking, health & hygiene, doctors & hospital appointments, outings and events, managing clients home, general housekeeping & caring for animals and shopping. Earlier this year I updated my Care Training with care agencies in the UK. I am passionate and empathetic about our elders with the intention of bringing joy, comfort and wellbeing to all. I have a clean UK drivers licence and an enhanced, updated DBS. I am looking to work as a self employed, live in carer either part time or full time, at a minimum of £100 per day.
