I am a 26 year old female who has worked passionately in the care industry for 8 years. I began as a care assistant at my local hospital working in a busy A&E department, I worked there for 5 years in that time I seconded in paediatric care and palliative care. I have worked with people from all walks of life caring for those 0-100 years old. I am especially passionate about elderly care and complex needs. Since leaving my role at the hospital I now work as a unit manager in a residential home. I am incredibly passionate about all of my residents and have formed very close bonds with all of them.
