Hello, I have previous care experience please see below due to Covid I was made redundant and looking to do care work again. My previous job I needed Government clearance, however this has now lapsed (July 2021) so a DBS should be fairly quick to obtain. I've obtained full training with Helping Hands Personal Care assistant: Personal care assistant for a disabled man, spinal injury. All personal care duties and housekeeping. The client could only move their mouth July 09 – Dec 09 Personal care assistant: Personal carer for an elderly lady who was 86 and had a hip. All duties including cooking and cleaning. Jan 06 June 07 Personal care assistant: Personal care assistant for a disabled man. All care duties and housekeeping. The client was paralysed from the waist down. May 05 –Dec 05 ...
