Working in care is what I have done for a very long time. I’ve seen different types of people come and go who can support the residents I have looks after elderly mental health , children who looking for forever home to young adults with learning disabilities. During the pandemic it has been difficult to get staff for all aspects of care . Especially people who wre caring kind not in it for just money. Want to give the best life for our service users . I am hard working proactive and have a lot of knowledge.l I could bring to recruitment to help find staff who are as passionate as I am and want to try a new career or carry on with something they do best .which is being caring. ...
