My career development plan includes advancement towards leadership and management levels in the care sector. My determination to become a carer stemmed from observing helplessly, as my grandmother struggled with declining mobility and cognitive abilities. This experience became my defining moment. A carer I believe, is a fundamental role in empowering and supporting individuals' needs. In my work experience, I managed diverse challenges whilst still maintaining a high standard of caring and professional provisions within the dental health sector.
