The reason l have applied for this job is that it ticks all my boxes that l am looking for at this present time, usages of my skills and accomplishments which l think make me a good candidate for this job. I am reliable, caring, contentious person open to new opportunities for personal growth and l have obtained a lot of experience in my home life assisting and supporting a family member with dementia, using training access in previous post has homemaker which included sensory stimulation, moving and handling, preparing meals for residents plus assisting residents at meal times. Making sure kitchen and on house environment were cleaned to Health and Safety standard. Interacting with residents using the butterfly technique to interact and motivate residents. During my time has activity co-ordinator I engaged in various activities some which included reminiscing activities, playing games plus organising day trips out. I also understand that laughter and a smile goes a mighty long way. ...
