It is my nature to be caring specially to put someone before me, this to me is the duty of care and responsibility just as I have always been when assisting patients, I treat them in the same respectful way I would like to be treated. I very much understand how to be treated with dignity feels sharing the same feeling of another person. Being patient and empathetic has helped me ease and relax aggressive patients - and in long run I built trust in the workplace, I am very friendly and positively optimistic.
